Product Information
Are your products microwave and dishwasher safe?
Yes, all our products are microwave and dishwasher safe. However, to extend their lifespan, we recommend hand washing them after each use.
Are your ceramics safe for serving food?
Yes, all of our pieces are safe for serving food, unless there is an explicit recommendation for decorative use only.
How long does it take to create a tailored made ceramic?
The average time for such type of orders are 3 to 4 weeks.
Tips to look after your products?
Always wash your ceramics after each use to extend lifespan. Remember ceramic is durable but it will break if knocked or dropped so handle it with care.
Will my ceramics look exactly like the picture?
Each piece that comes out of the kiln is unique. There are all kinds of things in the process of making ceramics that will cause variations in the resulting “look” of the glaze or the shape. These small variations are what make your new ceramics truly unique.
Do they break easily?
Our products are high-fired to 1250°C - vitrified stoneware. This means they are designed for commercial use and can withstand high temperatures and fluctuations from zero to 100°C or more.
I love a product but it is already sold out, what should I do?
We work on small quantities and limited series. Some products may be created again on demand. Do not hesitate to contact us if you are interested in a sold out product.
I would like to have a whole service of plates but the site does not offer me the desired quantities?
We work on small quantities and most often to order. If you have a specific request, or if you want to complete pieces of a given set do not hesitate to send us your request by email.
Shipping Information
How long does the shipping process take?
It depends if you have ordered an item we have in stock or if you have requested a tailored made ceramics. All orders, as long as products are in stock, are shipped within 5 working days. For tailored made ceramics the average time for creation and shipement will be 4 weeks.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we try to cover most of the countries over the world. Select your country and do not hesitate to contact us if not available we will be happy to find a way to send you your favorite ceramics.
What if my order arrives broken?
We do our best to package our handmade ceramics very safely but sometimes accidents happen. Don’t worry, we will replace all products that have been damaged in transit. First, open a complaint by sending an email to audreytudes@hotmail.com including your order reference and one or more photos of the damaged item. We will come back to you with the next steps within the next 24 hours.
Order and Return Information
How do I know if my order has been accepted?
After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email including a link with which you can check the status of your order. As soon as your order leaves our workshop, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you realise you have made a mistake with your order please send us an email at audreytudes@hotmail.com immediately with the subject title ORDER CHANGE and your order number and details. We will do our best to help, but if your order has already been packed and sent off, then unfortunately there is nothing we can do. Thank you for your understanding.
How long can I return my items?
If you are not satisfied with your item, you may return your purchase undamaged and unused within 14 days (depending on the date indicated by the carrier). The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return. You must ensure that fragile products arrive intact; any goods that arrive damaged, chipped or broken cannot be refunded.
